Moin zusammen,
Caro und ich möchten gern ein Zimmer im August in unserer Wohnung untervermieten. Es ist möbliert und wirklich sehr schön (14 qm, Bett, Schrank, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch). Wir wohnen in einer gemütliche Altbau-Wohnung in Altona-Nord. Sie liegt unweit des Kaltenkircher Platzes und der Holstenstraße in bester Lage. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man so braucht. Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche mit einem kleinen Sofa, die wir gemeinsam nutzen können.
Supermärkte sind gut zu erreichen, Kioske liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Der Mietpreis inkl. aller Kosten beträgt pauschal 450 Euro. Kontaktiert mich gern direkt hier. Dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin oder ein Skype-Telefonat vereinbaren.
