Das Zimmer hat 14qm, hohe Decke und liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Wenn Du noch Möbel brauchst: Dein Vormieter könnte Dir gegen einen geringen Abstand etwas da lassen ( siehe Bilder)
Dein neues Zimmer liegt im Dreiländereck Altona/Eimsbüttel/Schanze.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ( S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus).
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Jan und mir(Lisa) teilen, wobei Jan meistens nur einige Tage unter der Woche da ist.
Das WG-Leben mit uns ist sehr unkompliziert. Wenn die Zeit es zulässt , machen wir einmal die Woche einen Koch/Spiele-Abend.
Das Zimmer würde dich 550 Euro kosten, WLAN und Nebenkosten sind inclusive. GEZ würden aber noch dazukommen.
Unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer hat 25 qm. Unsere Wohnküche nochmal 16 qm + einen Balkon.
Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung eine kleine Abstellkammer und eine etwas größere in der sich die Waschmaschine und ein Gefrierschrank befinden
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.
