Facts about the flat: 50 sqm in total (including your room about 14 sqm), small bathroom with shower and toilet, nice kitchen with everything you need (stove, fridge, washing machine, ...) and a sunny balcony to the rear (green and quiet), 3rd floor, old building with stucco, wooden floor, nice house community with young families.
Commuters are very welcome. On request, the room can be rented furnished or partially furnished. You can move in on 15 December 2014 or later.
Rent: approx. 380 EUR (plus 750 EUR deposit).
Zur Gegend: Verkehrsgünstige Lage zwischen Bahrenfeld und Ottensen, Buslinien 2 und 3 quasi vor der Haustür, S-Bahnhaltestellen Bahrenfeld, Diebsteich und Bahnhof Altona fußläufig oder mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar, hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Otto von Bahren Park/Altes Gaswerkgelände mit Aldi, Edeka und Budni, Richtung Ottensen Alnatura, Rewe, Penny, Mercado, Lidl), sämtliche Banken, tolles Szeneviertel mit vielfältigen Essens- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, den legendären Zeise Kinos und und und.
