Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden. Ich biete ab dem 01.01.2024 bis zum 01.01.2025 ein 15qm Zimmer + Balkon in meiner 2- Zimmer Wohnung an.
Ich arbeite beruflich im Ausland und komme max. einmal im Monat nach Hamburg. D.h. für mich ist es wichtig, dass du dich in der Wohnung wohlfühlst und sie während meiner Abwesenheit gut pflegst:)
Das angebotene Zimmer ist bislang möbliert. Du kannst aber auch gerne ein paar Möbel mitbringen, sodass ich das Zimmer leer räume.
Zusätzlich kannst du gerne in der Küche deinen Arbeitsbereich aufbauen, da ich kürzlich den Esstisch rausgeschmissen habe und jetzt Platz ist:)
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.
Ich hätte gerne ein offenes und respektvolles Verhältnis, sowie eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Wohnung.
