Ich bin die nächste monate viel am Reisen und untermiete daher ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist ab Ende Sofort bis Ende Juli verfügbar.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit einem schönen kleinen französischen Balkon, der sich direkt nach Süden öffnet, so dass die Sonne vom frühen Morgen bis zum Sonnenuntergang im Zimmer scheint. Es ist teilmobilisiert mit einem schönen und komfortablen Schlafsofa, Teppich, dunklen Vorhängen, Standlichtern und einem kleinen Tisch. Wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtest, kann das Zimmer auch unmöbliert gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2,5 Zimmer, mein Zimmer, dein Zimmer, ein kleines Zimmer (6 qm) wird als Esszimmer genutzt, eine Dusche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine.

Since I'm traveling from quite often next months, I'm renting a room in my apartment (the room is available from now until the end of July).
The room is very bright with a nice little French balcony that opens directly to the south, so the sun shines in the room from early morning until sunset. It is partially furnished with a nice and comfortable sofa bed, carpet, dark curtains, standing lights and a small table. If you want to bring your own furniture, the room can also be rented unfurnished.
The apartment has a total of 2.5 rooms, my room, your room, a small room (6 sqm) is used as a dining room, a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in Barmbek Nord. Man braucht nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3-Habichtstraße Haltestelle und 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Barmbek. Außerdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle direkt in der Nähe des Gebäudes.
In nur 4 Gehminuten zur Fuhlsbüttler Straße findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Cafés.

The apartment is very well located in a very quiet area in the beautiful Barmbek Nord. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the U3-Habichtstrasse train station and 8 minutes to walk to the Barmbek S-Bahn. There is also a bus stop right near the building.
In just 4 minutes walk to Fuhlsbüttler Straße you will find all shops, nice restaurants and cute cafés.
10 minutes walk to the city park!
Über mich: Ich heiße Youssef, bin 31 Jahre alt und Bauingenieur vom Beruf. Unter der Woche bin ich in der Regel nur nachts in der Wohnung, gehe morgens früh zur Arbeit und komme erst spät nach Hause. Ich bin sehr aktiv und verbringe einen großen Teil meiner Freizeit mit Tanzen, was meine größte Leidenschaft ist. Nach der Arbeit gehe ich normalerweise zum Salsa Kurs, zu einer Salsa-Bachata-Party oder für einen After-Work Drink. Ansonsten treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden und mag es, neue Cuisines auszuprobieren. Ich treibe auch gerne Sport, insbesondere Fußball, Handball und Beach Volleyball. Aber auch faule Sonntage finde ich sehr schön mit einem leckeren Brunch. Von Zeit zu Zeit koche ich gerne und bin nach meinen Freunden ein guter Koch, vielleicht kannst du selbst urteilen.
Ich bin gerne offen für ein Gespräch mit einem Glas Wein, gemeinsames Kochen oder wenn du die gleiche Leidenschaft für den lateinischen Tanz teilst, können wir vielleicht sogar mal zusammen tanzen gehen. Ansonsten mag ich ruhige und entspannte Zeit haben, wenn ich zu Hause bin.
Wichtig: Ich rauche nicht und die Wohnung sollte nur für Nichtraucher sein!

About me: My name is Youssef, I am 31 years old and work as civil engineer. During the week, I'm usually only in the apartment at night, go to work early in the morning and come home late. I am very active and spend a lot of my free time dancing, which is my biggest passion. After work I usually go to a salsa class, a salsa bachata party or for an after work drink. Otherwise, I like meeting up with friends and trying out new cuisines. I also enjoy playing sports, especially football, handball and beach volleyball. But I also find lazy Sundays very nice with a delicious brunch. I like to cook from time to time and I'm a good cook according to my friends, but I'll let you judge for yourself if we have the chance.
I'm open to chatting over a glass of wine, cooking together or if you share the same passion for Latin dancing maybe we can even go dancing together. Otherwise I like to have quiet and relaxed time when I'm at home.
Important: I do not smoke and the apartment should only be for non-smokers!
