Das Zimmer hat ca 20 qm hat große helle Fenster. *kleiner Spoiler* Ab 15:00 Uhr hat man die wundervolle Abendsonne in den Fenstern stehen! ;)
Aktuell steht hier noch ein Esstisch und eine Kommode drin. (s. Bilder)
Die Durchgangstür zum Wohnzimmer wird noch mit einer Wand verschlossen.
Die Wohnung ist ein komplett sanierter Altbau und hat ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Küche mit kleinem Tisch.
Es besteht ebenfalls die Möglichkeit einen Schreibtisch und ein paar Vorhänge für eine kleine Ablöse zu übernehmen.
Die Tapete an der Wand kann, muss aber nicht entfernt werden. Dies ist natürlich Geschmacksache.
Die Wohnung ist 1 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Barmbek entfernt. Man kommt von dort aus fast überall unter 15 min hin.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch mehr als gegeben. Rewe, Edeka, Bio Company, Budni ... sind alle 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Auch zum Wasser sind es nicht mehr als 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls kommt man in kürzester zeit zum Stadtpark.
Ich bin Studentin 26 Jahre alt. Sehr unkompliziert und gerne in Gesellschaft.
Ebenso teile ich auch gerne und bin immer bereit für Spaß!
