A single room is available in a 3 room apartment (two bedrooms and one living room). The size of your room is 10 sq.m. The room has a queen size bed and two wardrobes (one with drawers and one without). It also has a lamp with a small side table. The room has a bery big window which opens towards a small garden and a street which is very quiet. The room is directly connected to the living room. The living room has a big couch, TV, a dining table. You can use all this furniture. The living room also has a small balcony.
The best part of the house is the kitchen. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, Washing machine, toaster and many utensils. The bathroom is small (as seen in the pictures) but good enough for 2 people.
The apartment is 2 minutes by walk from AK Barmbek bus stop. The nearest s-bahn stop is Rübenkamp, 8 minutes by walk. Supermarkets (penny, rewe) are right around the corner. The street also has nice restaurants, bars many stores. The apartment gets sunlight from three directions throughout the day.
You will be sharing the apartment with Rajat. He is software engineer from India currently working in an investment bank. We value cleanliness and clean the apartment every Saturday. Rajat is very open minded and likes to do things together but you are open to tldo something on your own or have some personal time.
If you are a food enthusiast, you are in good luck. Rajat is an amazing cook and loves to try out different cuisines. Unlike Joey from F.R.I.E.N.D.S, he likes to ahare his food 😉..
