Das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung (17,5qm), hat eine großes Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Das einzige was nicht so geil ist, ist die Raufasertapete, könnte man wenn man Bock hat aber auch abmachen.
Küche ist neu, inkl. Geschirrspüler & Waschmaschine, Bad ist älter und blau aber geht trotzdem klar haha, Balkon ist an meinem Zimmer dran (natürlich trotzdem für dich öffentlich haha) & es gibt ein kleines Wohnzimmer zum chillen, auch gut um Leute einzuladen🤝🏻
Barmbek ist einfach toll, 2min zu Fuß zur U3 (Dehnhaide, wenn man rennt 1min), 5min zu Fuß zum Wasser, man ist in 10min in der Innenstadt, 20min zur Uni, 20min in die Schanze, super viele super Supermärkte
Ich bin Finja, 22 Jahre alt, studiere Jura und arbeite in der Politik :) Bin ziemlich gesellig und extrovertiert, hab aber auch gerne mal ruhige Zeit für mich.
