in our charming 2-room apartment both rooms have become free – and this comes with a special advantage: The WG has been refurbished to parts. Freshly painted walls and well-maintained floors provide a completely successful re-establishment of the WG.
That's what you expect:

- Good location directly on the Easter Bekkanal with shopping and connection nearby (U3 and S-Bahn within walking distance)
Who we wish:
Whether a student or a student, a professional starter or just someone looking for a new home – we welcome everyone who is reliable and cumbersome. Pets preferred by arrangement, non-smoking.
The draw-in is now possible. We look forward to your message and are happy to arrange a visit.
Everyone receives a rental contract for his own room and is therefore the main tenant of his room. So it can't happen that you have to take off when someone quits and you're also not responsible for the rent of the other rooms, shouldn't be paid or the other room is empty. We want you to feel comfortable and stay as long as you want :)

in unserer charmanten 2-Zimmer-Wohnung sind aktuell beide Zimmer frei geworden – und das kommt mit einem besonderen Vorteil: Die WG wurde zu Teilen neu renoviert. Frisch gestrichene Wände und gepflegte Böden sorgen für eine rundum gelungene Neugründung der WG.
Das erwartet dich:
- Zwei helle, etwa gleich große Zimmer mit viel Tageslicht
- Eine Einbauküche für gemeinsame Kochabende
- Ein gepflegtes Bad mit Dusche und Tageslicht
- Praktischer Grundriss: Jedes Zimmer ist separat vom Flur aus begehbar – ideal für alle, die gerne zusammen wohnen, aber auch Privatsphäre schätzen
- Gute Lage direkt am Osterbekkanal mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindung in der Nähe (U3 und S-Bahn fußläufig erreichbar)
Wen wir uns wünschen:
Ob Studentin oder Student, Berufseinsteigerin oder Berufseinsteiger oder einfach jemand, der ein neues Zuhause sucht – bei uns ist jeder willkommen, der zuverlässig und umgänglich ist. Haustiere nach Absprache, Nichtraucherinnen und Nichtraucher bevorzugt.
Der Einzug ist ab sofort möglich. Wir freuen uns über eure Nachricht und vereinbaren gerne einen Besichtigungstermin.
Jeder erhält einen Mietvertrag für sein eigenes Zimmer und ist dementsprechend Hauptmieter seines Zimmers. Es kann also nicht passieren dass du ausziehen musst, wenn einer kündigt und du bist ebenso nicht für die Miete der anderen Zimmer verantwortlich, sollte die nicht gezahlt werden, oder das andere Zimmer mal leer stehen. Wir möchten, dass du dich wohl fühlst und so lange bleibst wie du möchtest :)
The apartment is ideal for two people who want to share a relaxed home – whether as a pure purpose WG or with a little more community, that is left to you. Important is a respectful and friendly approach to each other :)
Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für zwei Personen, die Lust haben, sich ein entspanntes Zuhause zu teilen – ob als reine Zweck-WG oder mit etwas mehr Gemeinschaft, das bleibt euch überlassen. Wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang miteinander :)
