Du bist in meiner Gemeinschaft / WG willkommen,
wenn du eine positive und respektvolle Person bist, die gerne die Gesellschaft genießt und mit mir in Kontakt tritt.
Ich mag es, dich in der Küche auf ein Bier, einen Wein anzutreffen und eventuell einfach nur über die Welt zu reden.

Der Captain hat folgende Aufgaben:
- Einml die Woche den Fussboden saugen
- Achtet auf die saubere Atmosphäre in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche, Toilette, Bad)
- Reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad
- Spülmaschine ausräumen
- Müll wegbringen

I like to meet you in the kitchen to have a beer,wine and play some games or just talk abou the world.
Besides this I share my Netflix account with you. You can watch movies in the community or alone by yourself.

- clean the common rooms like kitchen and Bathroom
- dispel dishwasher
- take away garbage

9. Einmal im Monat muss die gesamte Wohnung gereinigt werden, da es sich um eine Gemeinschaft handelt. Jeder muss einmal pro Woche putzen. Das ist ein Zeitaufwand von 2 bis 3 Stunden im Monat. Ist das okay für dich?
10. Gibt es etwas Besonderes, das ich über dich wissen sollte? (Allergien, Abneigungen, Alkoholproblem?TÄGLICHEWorkouts im Zimmer?)
