Hello everyone!
We offer one bedroom (20sqm) in a big 2-bedroom flat. It is located in lovely Barmbek-Süd. The flat is laid out over two storeys. Ideally, the letting period for the room would be permanent, however we may except a temporary tenant under the right circumstances. Please let us know what you are after.
The room is partially furnished, with a large in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers and brown armchair.
The flat is big, fully furnished and features bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and a shared living room that easily fits corner sofa and dining table. It also has a big west-facing balcony, which is accessible from the living room.
The flat is quiet. The balcony is overlooking the entire street and is catching the sun all of the day. The kitchen is big enough to fit a table comfortably. A washing machine is also part of the deal.

Location:
The bus literally leaves just around the corner – a 2-minute walk away at the max. In five minutes it brings you to U/S-Bahn Barmbek (Barmbek station). Alternatively, you can walk 10 minutes to U-Bahn Dehnhaide (U3) or into the other direction to S-Bahn Friedrichsberg (S1, S11), depending on the line that is more useful to you.
The bus running just outside the house also stops at U-Wandsbek Markt (U1), S-Wandsbeker Chaussee (S1, S11) and U-Horner Rennbahn (U2) stations.
The area is quiet and friendly. Barmbek-Süd is definitely up and coming, and is getting more diverse and younger by the week. Also, my favourite Vietnamese has open just around the corner a few years back.
Flat life:
We are looking for someone, who is relatively quiet and laid-back, maybe a young professional or master student. You should also know how to work a cloth for cleaning. :) If you are sociable and open-minded, it would be an extra bonus! :)
The stated rent price includes everything. (Fast internet, green electricity and a truly spacious and beautiful place!)
