Bis Du nur gelegentlich in der Woche/Monat in Hamburg? Ich suche eine Mit/ Bewohnerin die nur gelegentlich im Monat die Wohnung mit/nutzt.
Es gibt einen kleinen Wohnraum mit Küche, Schreibtisch u. Bettcouch. Im zweiten Zimmer steht ein Schreibtisch und ein 1,40 Bett. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man es sich gemütlich machen kann. Das Bad hat eine Dusche. Die Wohnung wird auch von meinen Freunden genutzt, so das Du evtl. nicht allein in der Wohnung bist,,maximal zu dritt. Du bekommst dann das Schlafzimmer. Einen Teil des Kleiderschrankes wird dann Deiner, damit Du dann auch Deine
Sachen da lassen kannst.
Der Tagespreis beträgt 40 Euro.
Die U-Bahn Station Dehnheide (U3) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind relativ gut. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Wohnviertel.
Du bist werktags überwiegend allein in der Wohnung, evtl mein Freund oder Bekannte/Familie.. Falls ich oder mein Partner anwesend sind, bekommst Du das Schlafzimmer für Dich allein.
Wir sind alle Ü50.
