Ich wohne in einer 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung und beabsichtige die Wohnung für einen noch abzusprechenenden Zeitraum entweder ganz unterzuvermieten (andere Anzeige) oder zu teilen.
Somit würde ich das Schlafzimmer vermieten (Bild, Bett würde ggf noch getauscht) und die Wohnräume (Küche, Bad, WC) zu teilen. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt an mein dann Schlafzimmer offen an und wäre somit nur nach Rücksprache mit nutzbar.
Ich werde dann vermutlich fast vollständig unterwegs und würde daher nur zwischendrin in die Wohnung kommen je nach Zeitraum.
Meine beiden Hunde reisen mit mir und wären dann aber mit in der Wohnung, wenn ich auch da bin.
Meine Katze (Freigängerin) würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen und suche jemanden, der/die such auch gerne um sie kümmert während meiner Abwesenheit :)
Wenn du dann mal weg möchtest, müssten wir uns natürlich entsprechend abstimmen.
