Hello there!
I will leave my room since I’m moving abroad, so currently I’m looking for a new girl to take my room!
Our WG is ONLY for GIRLS
The room is about 18 square meters, is very bright and is fully furnished. (includes a big bed with double mattress and 2 night tables, 2 wardrobes, makeup table, a fan, big vertical mirror, and most improtantly It has a huge desk which is perfect for study and/or do home office.
The apartment is only 6 minutes by foot from the Legienstrasse subway stop (U2-U4) and 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus station. Shops (Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Budni, Aldi) are within a 10-minute walk. The shopping center „Billstedt Center“ is just one station away or 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the first floor and the common area is 76 m2.
The kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, large table, washing machine, and we share all facilities and utilities you need to cook.
There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and also a small living room.
The flat is shared with two girls, (Nele, she is german and is a student, and Lar, she is brazilian and works full time). Im from Mexico, so we have an international environment at home, moreover, Lar & I dont speak german, therefore at home we only speak English. We keep a friendly environment at home, we always have a chit chat when meeting around the house and procure to spend some time together once a month or so. We respect the time and space of each other, but besides living together we are also friends! So we would like to find someone who gets along with us too.
The rental price is 470 euros per month all included and the deposit is 1000.
