ich habe vom ein freies, möbliertes Zimmer zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und die Wohnung befindet sich in der Von-Graffen-Straße, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Burgstraße mit vier Minuten Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der Raum ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Whiteboard, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, etc ausgestattet.
Die WG ist eine Zweier-WG. Die Wohnung hat ca. 75 m² mit zwei gleichgroßen Zimmern und einer vollausgestatteten Küche (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Trockner, etc.). Das Internet hat 100 Mbit/s und WIFI ist vorhanden. Zudem gibt es ein Fahrrad-Parkplatz im Fahrradschuppen. Ebenso bei Bedarf etwas Abstellfläche auf dem Dachboden. Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Duschwanne. Im großen Flur steht ein Rudergerät, das ebenfalls genutzt werden kann.
Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet sind alle im Preis von 545 € im Monat enthalten.

Hello or "Moin" as we say in Hamburg
I have a spare room and would like to offer it for rent. Your room has 20 sqm and is furnished. It has a large wardrobe, a desk, chair, a large whiteboard, a chest of drawers, and a bed.
The entire flat has about 75 sqm. There are two bedrooms, each 20 sqm – one is mine, the other one yours. The kitchen has about 15 sqm and there is a bathtub in the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and a dryer. We have 100 Mbit/s Internet and WIFI. Additionally, you have a parking space for your bike in the bike shed.
The flat is located in the Von-Graffen-Str., close to the Subway-Station Burgstraße, which is a 4-minute subway ride away from the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof).
