Moin moin! The room is 15 square meters, is the smaller of the two, and has a good layout.
I'm looking for a new roommate for a nice, quiet room from April 1st til the end of October. It will be completely furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, desk, chair, and also a couch! The room gets a lot of light from the large windows and in summer all the windows can be opened to cool the room down. Everything is included in the total rent, additional costs, water, electricity, internet, and GEZ. The entire apartment is currently furnished.
The location is almost unbeatable in my opinion. The flat is in a very central, nice, and quiet residential area in Borgfelde. The area is very popular because of the short distance to Hauptbahnhof, which is only 2 stops away. The underground station Burgstraße (U2 and U4) and S-Bahn Landwehr station (S1 and S11) are only a 6-minute walk away, and the area is surrounded by bus stations. Supermarkets are within walking distance, Penny 290m, Edeka 600m, Rewe 900m. Pharmacies are also within a 10-minute walk as well. Generally, pretty connected area! Hammer Park is just a station away also.
My name is Ahmed, I'm 27, I work as a market researcher, and have been living in Hamburg for four years, but originally I'm a Cairo, Egypt boy! I would describe myself as very relaxed and easygoing. I am currently working from home most days. In the evening I like to work on some side projects, go to the gym (McFit is just 10 mins away by foot), and maybe learn some German if I feel like it. All in all, I'm a pretty relaxed and easygoing guy, there are a few days when I'm in a bad mood when I'm still pretty relaxed, but my humor just gets a bit darker ;) One thing to consider about me is a bit of a clean freak. The Kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and equipment, some things are mine personally but 95% of the kitchen equipment is shared.
