Es handelt sich um ein 13 qm großes Zimmer, welches nicht zur Straße, sondern in Richtung Grünfläche geht. In dem Zimmer ist genug Platz für Sofa, Bett, Schreibtisch, etc. Wurde auch schon als WG-Zimmer genutzt.
Das Zimmer wird aktuell noch als Schlafzimmer genutzt wird aber leer übergeben.
WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden.
Gut angebunden in der Nähe der Bramfelder Chaussee ist der Bus in 5-6 Gehminuten erreichbar. U Bahn Wandsbek Gartenstadt ist per Fahrrad, e-Scooter, etc. ebenfalls in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch das EKZ Bramfeld ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße, diese sind aber heiß begehrt und im Zweifel muss man etwas länger suchen.
Bevorzugt suche ich jemanden, der nicht in einer reinen Zweck-WG leben möchte aber auch nicht das Bedürfnis hat unbedingt jeden Abend zusammen zu verbringen. Ein gutes Mittelmaß also. Es gibt eine Wohnküche in der man auch mal gemeinsam Essen kann, sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Balkon.
Ich bin voll Berufstätig und entsprechend eher Abends zu Hause oder 1-2 Tage die Woche im Home Office.
Die Fotos des WG-Zimmers sind leider auf Grund der aktuellen Auszugssituation nicht ideal aber ich denke man kann das Zimmer an sich gut erahnen.
Gerne können wir natürlich per Mail oder Telefon, etc. einen Besichtigungstermin aus machen, damit man ein etwas besseres Bild bekommt.
