wir suchen eine neue Person, für unser möbliertes 16,7 m² großes Zimmer in unserer Reihenhaus-WG. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit Gartenblick und liegt im 1. Stock. Ausgestattet ist es mit Laminatboden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und einige Möbel hat Dennis sogar selbst gebaut.
Im 1. Stock befindet sich ein weiteres kleines Zimmer und das Bad. Im 2. Stock haben wir unser Zimmer und ein kleines Bad (keine Dusche). Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Gemeinschaftsräume Küche und Wohnzimmer. Desweiteren gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit überdachter Terrasse, Feuerstelle und Gemüsebeet.
Um Heizkosten zu sparen, ist die Wohnung momentan auf 18,5 Grad geheizt.

we are looking for a new person, for our furnished 16,7 m² room in our row house flat share. The room has two large windows with garden view and is located on the 1st floor. It is equipped with laminate flooring. The room is furnished and Dennis has even built some of the furniture himself.
On the 1st floor there is another small room and the bathroom. On the 2nd floor we have our room and a small bathroom (no shower). On the first floor there are the common rooms kitchen and living room. Furthermore there is a small garden with covered terrace, fireplace and vegetable patch.
To save heating costs, the apartment is currently heated to 18.5 degrees.
Das Haus befindet sich im Stadtteil Barmbek Nord/Bramfeld und ist zur nächsten Busstation Bauernrosenweg ca. 4 min zu Fuß entfernt und es sind ca. 10 min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn Wandsbek-Gartenstadt (U1, U3). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich alle im Umkreis von ca. 5-10 min Fußweg (Edeka, Lidl und Aldi). Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe sehr gute Laufstrecken um kleine Seen oder durch die Kleingärtenvereine. Die Gegend ist sehr verkehrsruhig und wir hören morgens die Vögel zwitschern.
The house is located in the district of Barmbek Nord/Bramfeld and is about 4 min walk to the nearest bus station Bauernrosenweg and about 10 min walk to the subway Wandsbek-Gartenstadt (U1, U3). Shopping facilities are all within a radius of about 5-10 min walk (Edeka, Lidl and Aldi). Otherwise, there are very good running routes around small lakes or through the allotment associations nearby. The area is very quiet and we can hear the birds chirping in the morning.
Dennis und ich sind ein Paar und wohnen seit einem Jahr gemeinsam hier. Da wir es beide gewohnt sind, in einer WG zu wohnen, wünschen wir uns wieder mehr Leben im Haus und möchten daher ein Zimmer vermieten.
Wir sind beide berufstätig und fertig mit dem Studium. Dennis arbeitet in der Holzchemie und nebenbei schreibt er momentan an seiner Promotion. Wenn dann noch Zeit ist, bastelt er gerne an seinen Holzprojekten in der Werkstatthütte im Garten. Ich (Lydia) habe gerade meinen Master abgeschlossen und arbeite im Bildungsprojekt einer Menschenrechtsorganisation. Meine freie Zeit verbringe ich viel im Garten, am Klavier oder beim Chor.
Die vegetarische Küche (also keine Lagerung oder Zubereitung von Fleisch, Wurst etc.) ist uns sehr wichtig! Außerdem sind wir ein Nichtraucher:innen-Haushalt (Rauchen nur draußen möglich). Mit diesen zwei Punkten solltest du dich committen können.
Dennis and I are a couple and have been living here together for a year. Since we are both used to living in a shared apartment, we would like to have more life in the house again and would therefore like to rent out a room.
We are both employed and finished with our studies. Dennis works at the in wood chemistry. At the moment he is working on his PhD. If there is still time, he likes to craft with his wood projects in the workshop hut in the garden. I (Lydia) have just finished my master's degree and work in the education project of a human rights organization. I spend a lot of my free time in the garden, at the piano or with the choir.
Vegetarian cooking (i.e. no storage or preparation of meat, sausage, etc.) is very important to us! Also, we are a non-smoking household (smoking only possible outside). With these two points you should be able to commit yourself.
