The room is bright and light-flooded with a large window. It has a good size to undermine everything and make it cozy. The room is located on the main road, but it should fit for people not very sensitive to noise. If required, a sofa and a bed can be taken over.
The apartment is generously cut with 78m2. It is located in the 3rd OG of a multi-family house with nice neighborhood. We have a balcony that departs from your future room but can be used by everyone. From midday it can be sitting well in the sun.
The apartment has a large bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is a bit narrower, but it can be seated well on a beer or the like. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. There is also a storage chamber and a basement compartment. Bicycles can be placed in a common cellar
Das Zimmer ist schön hell und lichtdurchflutet mit einem großen Fenster. Es hat eine gute Größe um alles unterzubekommen und es sich gemütlich zu machen. Das Zimmer liegt zur Hauptstraße, für nicht ganz so geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollte das aber passen. Bei Bedarf können ein Sofa und ein Bett übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist mit 78m² großzügig geschnitten. Sie liegt im 3. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit netter Nachbarschaft. Wir haben einen Balkon, welcher von deinem zukünftigen Zimmer abgeht, aber von allen gerne genutzt werden kann. Ab mittags lässt es sich dort gut in der Sonne sitzen.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist zwar etwas schmaler, aber zu dritt lässt es sich gut auf ein Bier oder ähnliches sitzen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es eine Abstellkammer und ein Kellerabteil. Fahrräder können im Gemeinschaftskeller untergestellt werden
The apartment is centrally located between the S-Bahn stop Landwehr and the Metro stop Wartenau. The stations are within walking distance 2 and 5 minutes away. Pharmacy and shopping facilities such as Edeka, Aldi and Budni or the wine source are right around the corner. The baker and the savings bank are also directly opposite.
By train you are at the Hbf in just 10 minutes, the Alster is not far for walking and at the Eilbekkanal you are also the same.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen der S-Bahn Haltestelle Landwehr und der U-Bahn Haltestelle Wartenau. Die Haltestellen sind fußläufig 2 bzw. 5 Minuten entfernt. Apotheke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi und Budni oder die Weinquelle sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch der Bäcker und die Sparkasse sind direkt gegenüber.
Mit der Bahn bist du in knapp 10 Minuten am Hbf, die Alster ist zum Spaziergehen nicht weit und am Eilbekkanal ist man auch gleich.
We are Ole (27 - Psychology student) and Arne (23 - Dual Master at HSBA). We like to spend an evening together in the kitchen or on the couch or update us from the day, but it is also completely fine to withdraw after a long day.
We're not a purpose WG if it fits, let's go away together, do something or drink together.
Especially in the mornings/beforedays (depending on the eve :)) we often sit together in the kitchen and drink coffee together, so if you also bring a passion for it, it could be great!
We would like to have a person who is, for example, at our age and already in advanced studies or is also employed.
With often super full weeks and weekends, we are very important to consider how cleanliness and order - if you already have some WG experience that is certainly not wrong :)

Wir sind Ole (27 - Psychologiestudent) und Arne (23 - Dualer Master an der HSBA). Wir verbringen gerne mal einen Abend gemeinsam in der Küche oder auf der Couch oder updaten uns vom Tag, aber es ist auch völlig in Ordnung sich nach einem langen Tag in Ruhe zurückzuziehen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, wenn es passt, gehen wir mal zusammen weg, unternehmen oder trinken gemeinsam was.
Insbesondere morgens/vormittags (je nach Vorabend :)) sitzen wir oft gemeinsam in der Küche und trinken zusammen Kaffe, wenn du dafür also auch eine Leidenschaft mitbringst, könnte es sicher super passen!
Wir würden uns eine Person wünschen, die etwa in unserem Alter und bereits im fortgeschrittenem Studium oder ebenfalls berufstätig ist.
Bei oft super vollen Wochen und Wochenenden ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang sehr wichtig, ebenso wie Sauberkeit und Ordnung - wenn du dazu schon etwas WG Erfahrung mitbringst ist das sicher nicht verkehrt :)
