Ich suche für mein WG Zimmer in Hamburg Eimsbüttel eine*n Zwischenmieter*in ab ca. 24.09. bis ca. 31.10. Ein-und Auszugsdatum sind etwas flexibel. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß und teilmöbiliert, also hat ein Bett und einen Schrank.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße der Osterstraße, also im Zentrum von Eimsbüttel. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahnstation Emilienstraße, die in 5 Minuten ins Zentrum fährt und in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist. Direkt gegenüber ist ein nahkauf und in unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich auch noch viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Du würdest mit Merle zusammenleben, 22 und Medizinstudentin. Merle ist viel unterwegs, aber wenn sie da ist (was sie ab Oktober, zum Semesterstart wieder mehr sein wird ;) ) nimmt sie dich gern auf Unipartys mit oder trinkt einen Tee oder Wein mit dir.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 550 €, da aber schon ab Ende September gesucht wird kommen für den September ca. 130 € dazu.
