Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet, ausser die weiße Kommode.
Das Große Fenster ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und man hat den ganzen Tag gutes, natürliches Licht im Zimmer und die Sonne scheint am Morgen schön hinein.. natürlich nur wenn der Himmel klar ist :)
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer, die Küche ist an sich voll ausgestattet, nur leider zu klein für einen Esstisch, weswegen man in seinem eigenem Zimmer essen müsste, oder halt im Stehen in der Küche..

The large window faces east and you have good, natural light in the room all day long and the sun shines in beautifully in the morning.. of course only when the sky is clear :)
The apartment has a total of 2 rooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, but unfortunately it is too small for a dining table, so you would have to eat in your own room, or just stand up in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist 3 Gehminuten von der Ubahn Station Lutterothstraße (U2)entfernt, es gibt viele schöne und gemütliche Cafes und Bars in der Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Penny usw.)
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Lutterothstraße subway station (U2), there are many nice and cozy cafes and bars in the area, shopping options are all within easy walking distance (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, etc.)
In der Wohnung wohnen zur Zeit Thora und Nadja, aber da Thora jetzt auszieht, stellt sich Nadja einmal vor :)
Ich bin deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin, bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere an der Uni Hamburg. In meiner Freizeit spiel ich Tennis und unternehme gerne was mit Freunden. Ich würde mich freuen wenn du Unternehmungslustig bist, wir mal was zusammen machen und gut mit einander auskommen, insbesondere habe ich kein Interesse an einer Zweck WG.
Ich (Thora) kann nur sagen, dass sie ein ganz liebenswerter Mensch ist und man hat auch immer mit ihr was zu Lachen ;)
