I rent my furnished room from mid-May to late July. 🌞
Don't be surprised - the pictures were created before the move. In the room are a bed (140x200 cm), wardrobe, desk and bedside table. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also have a washing machine. The apartment has two bathrooms.
The apartment is a beautiful old building apartment, high ceilings, beautiful stucco, an old fireplace and a beautiful floor. We're just getting involved, as I finish my studies in another city, I'm not going to move in.
The rent costs 850€ per month and the deposit is 750€, as I have just retrieved many furniture.

Nicht wundern - die Bilder sind vor dem Einzug entstanden. Im Zimmer sind ein Bett (140x200 cm), Schrank, Schreibtisch und Nachttisch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, hohe Decken, schöner Stuck, ein alter Kamin und einen schönen Boden. Wir sind gerade am Einziehen, da ich in einer anderen Stadt mein Studium beende, werde ich nicht direkt einziehen.
Die Miete kostet monatlich 850€ (warm) und die Kaution liegt bei 750€, da ich viele Möbel gerade neu geholt habe.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Eimsbüttel, directly at Osterstraße. Just in front of the front door, bus 20/25 runs and it is relatively quiet. There are many restaurants (Eppendorfer Weg) and shopping facilities.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Eimsbüttel, direkt bei der Osterstraße. Quasi direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 20/25 und es ist relativ ruhig. Es gibt fußläufig viele Restaurants (Eppendorfer Weg) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
You will live with Antonia (21), Luca (26) and David (22). All three are professional and work a lot, but you like to sit together and talk.
Du wirst mit Antonia (21), Luca (26) und David (22) zusammenwohnen. Alle drei sind berufstätig und arbeiten viel, man sitzt aber gern mal zusammen und quatscht.
