Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges, helles und frisch renoviertes Altbau-Zimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern. Es liegt nach hinten raus mit Blick auf einen grünen Innenhof mit einem Spielplatz. Die Stuckrosette an der Zimmerdecke ist genauso original wie die Holzdielen. Die Wohnung selbst hat insgesamt 90 qm und ist sehr gepflegt. Neben dem Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette gibt es zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon auf der Südseite, der selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem sehr beliebten Wohngegend in Hamburg, einem Altbauviertel mit sehr viel Charme und Atmosphäre in der Nähe des Schanzenviertels. Sowohl Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Bus, S- und U-Bahn befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich möchte, dass die Atmosphäre in meiner Wohnung so bleibt wie sie ist: freundlich, entspannt und respektvoll. Worauf ich absoluten Wert lege, sind Ehrlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit.
