Mitbewohner*in für 2 1/2 Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer größeren Straße am Rande von Eimsbüttel. Damit ist der hintere Teil der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zur Straße heraus kann es allerdings schon etwas lauter werden.

Rewe City, Penny, die kleine Konditorei und Budni sind nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Die S-Bahnstation Langenfelde ist nur 5 min entfernt. Nach zwei Stationen ist man in Altona und nach vier an der Reeperbahn.
Zur anderen Seite sind es nur 10 min Fußweg und man ist bei der U2 und mitten in Eimsbüttel. Der Altonaer Volkspark und das Niendorfer Gehege befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.

The place is located on the ground floor in Eimsbüttel/Stelling directly at the Kieler Straße. The part of the apartment facing the garden is quiet but the part facing the street (including the room for rent) can be a bit louder.

Rewe City, Penny, the "Kleine Konditorei" and a drugstore are all just a few houses away. The S-Bahn station Langenfelde is 5 min away. You can reach Altona after 2 stops and Reeperbahn after 4.
In the other direction, you can walk for 10 min to get to the heart of Eimsbüttel. The Alonaer Volkspark (park) and Niendorfer Gehege (forest) are closeby as well.

Zu mir: ich bin 36 Jahre alt und nehme mir gerade eine Auszeit von meinem Job im Projektmanagement. Ich verbringe gerade viel Zeit damit, programmieren zu lernen. Ich mag kreatives Schreiben, Filme und Serien gucken und spiele manchmal Gitarre. Ich habe lange im Kulturbereich und gemeinnützigen Initiativen gearbeitet und mich beruflich viel mit Nachhaltigkeit auseinandergesetzt. Ich versuche mich in meinem Leben auch möglichst nachhaltig zu verhalten, bin aber bei weitem nicht perfekt ;) Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch und finde auch gemeinsames veganes Kochen gut!

Ich habe gerne Zeit für mich, freue mich aber auch über gemeinsame Unternehmungen wie Ausflüge in die Natur, Konzerte und Kino oder Spieleabende. Ich finde es dementsprechend schön, mit jemanden zusammenzuwohnen, mit dem man auch gerne mal etwas Zeit verbringt - auch oder gerade wenn du nur für kurze Zeit da oder viel unterwegs bist.
Dafür muss es aber natürlich passen zwischen uns, und ich fände es gut, wenn wir uns vorher hier oder per Video Call kennenlernen können.

Was mir grundsätzlich wichtig ist:
- verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit der Corona-Situation/offen darüber sprechen wollen, wie wir mit der Situation umgehen und uns gemeinsam arrangieren
- vorsichtiger Umgang mit Einrichtungsgegenständen, Küchengeräten etc
- Verständnis für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinsamen Räumen

Wenn ich alleine in der Wohnung bin, habe ich gerne mal gepflegtes Chaos um mich herum. Aber ich lege Wert darauf, dass alles seinen Platz hat und putze regelmäßig. Für das Zusammenwohnen ist es mir wichtig, auf einem Level zu sein.

A little bit about myself: I am 36 years old and currently taking a break from my job in project management. Right now I spent my time teaching myself how to code. I like creative writing, watching movies and series and sometimes I play the guitar. I worked in the cultural sector and for NPOs for a long time and have a professional (and personal) interest in sustainability. I try to live a more sustainable life but am not at all perfect or dogmatic about it. I am a vegetarian and am also open to cooking vegan food together :)

I like to have time to myself, but I am also looking forward to doing stuff together such as trips into nature, concerts, cinema or game nights. Therefore, I'd like to live with a roommate who I get along with and like to spend some time with - even though, or especially, if we won't live together for so long.
To make sure we are a good fit, I'd like to get to know you in person or via video call.

Here is some stuff that is important to me:
- responsible handling of the whole Covid situation/being willing to openly talk about how we want to be dealing with it
- careful handling of furniture, appliances etc.
- a general sense for cleanliness and tidying up after yourself in the shared spaces

When living alone, I do have some "controlled chaos" around me. But it is important to me to clean and tidy up regularly - and I'd like a roommate who is on the same level as I am.

Ich freue mich von euch zu hören, schreibt mir gerne auch ein paar Sätze zu euch!

Da ich ab März oder April für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, wäre es natürlich richtig cool, jemanden zu finden der/die dann noch für 6 Monate die ganze Wohnung mieten möchte. Das und alles weitere können wir dann per Video Call oder bei einer Besichtigung besprechen!

Since I am going abroad from March or April, it would be really cool if I found someone who is interested in renting the whole apartment (approximately 1000 Euro) for 6 months. We can talk about this, and all the other stuff, via video call or in person.
