ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/m Mitbewohner/in für meine schöne 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Eimsbüttel. Dein Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Die Miete beträgt 680,-warm. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.07. frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage in Eimsbüttel. Die U-Bahn Emilienstraße ist 3-Gehminuten entfernt. Die Osterstraße und die Schanze sind somit um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen.
Und nun zu mir:
Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, auch wenn es sich noch nicht so anfühlt😄.
Ich bin ein sehr fröhlicher Mensch, interessiere mich sehr für Musik, habe mit Gesangsunterricht angefangen und gehe gerne tanzen. Ich bin unter der Woche schon gut mit der Arbeit eingespannt, unternehme am WE aber gerne viel. Zum Ausgleich gehe ich gern zum Sport, besonders schwimmen mag ich sehr. Außerdem koche ich sehr gerne, aber am liebsten zu zweit😄 also bin ich nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner. Meine beiden sehr lieben und unkomplizierten Katzen Luna und Lilli. Deshalb wäre es toll bzw. Ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass du Katzen auch magst.
