Subrenting a room in November-December. The room is in a two person shared flat in Eimsbüttel (Ubahn Osterstraße).
I'm Ran, a graphic designer based in Hamburg for four years. You will have my room,13 square meters, in a two person shared WG. It has a bright window. The flat is not so big but just fine for two people, including a really nice living room with a sofa.
You would live with David, which is the whole day long (and eventually weekeds also) working as a carpenter in a wood workshop.And the location is great! With many supermarkets, bakeries and green parks next to it - it's just 5 minutes walk to U2 Osterstraße, and 7 minutes by bike to Schanze. Just perfect for the spring time in Hamburg!
Please write me who you are, what are you doing in Hamburg and if you available to move in November 1st. We will take all precautions regarding corona, as well do a Subrenting contract.

Untervermietung eines Zimmers im November-Dezember. Das Zimmer ist in einer Zwei-Personen-WG in Eimsbüttel (Ubahn Osterstraße).
Ich bin Ran, Grafikdesigner, und seit vier Jahren wohne ich in Hamburg. Mein Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in einer Zwei-Personen-WG. Es hat ein helles Fenster.. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber für zwei Personen genau richtig, und hat ausserdem eines wirklich schönen Wohnzimmers mit einem Sofa.
Du würdest mit David zusammenleben, der den ganzen Tag (und eventuell auch unter der Woche) als Tischler in einer Holz Werkstatt arbeitet. Und die Lage ist super! Mit vielen Supermärkten, Bäckereien und grünen Parks in der Nähe - zur U2 Osterstraße sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Schanze 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Einfach perfekt für den Frühling in Hamburg!
Bitte sag bescheid, wer du bist, was du in Hamburg machst und ob du verfügbar bist, um diese oder nächste Woche einzuziehen. Wir würden uns an Corona kümmern, sowie einen Untermiete Vertrag machen.
