Das Zimmer hat ungefähr so 12 qm und bietet genug Platz für ein Bett, Tisch und Schrank. Durch das Fenster kommt viel Licht rein und man blickt ins Grüne. Die Küche bietet viel Platz und ein Balkon haben wir auch.
Die U Bahn Station Lutherrot Straße und Osterstraße sind so 7min zu Fuß und in 3 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Außerdem fährt der Bus um die Ecke. In der Straße ist ein Lidl und ein Aldi und der Edeka ist auch nicht weit weg. Ein Testzentrum ist auch noch in der Straße:)
Wir wohnen seit Juli 2021 gemeinsam in der WG und führen ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Wir essen und kochen gerne zusammen und trinken gerne auch mal ein Wein und Bier. Da wir noch recht neu in der WG sind, wäre es cool, wenn du vielleicht ein paar nützliche Dinge mit in die Gemeinschaft einbringst (Fernseher, Couch, etc.). Wenn sich das passend für dich anhört, dann komm doch mal auf ein Kaffee vorbei. Die Besichtigungen sind nächste Woche Donnerstag bis Sonntag. Mietdauer bis zu zwei Jahre möglich:)
