Das Zimmer selbst hat 17m2 und ein großes Fenster, welches in Richtung Osten zeigt, also morgens sonnig ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Der Flur, die Küche und das Bad sind sehr groß.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in Eimsbüttel. Der Bus hält 200 m von der Haustür entfernt. U-Christuskirche und U-Schlump sind 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich selbst bin Sport-Bio-Lehrer und komme ursprünglich aus Berlin. Ich selbst bewohne 2 Zimmer in der Wohnung, dir würde eines gehören. Ich zahle selbstverständlich auch mehr Geld, du zahlst also nur anteilig.
ACHTUNG: Ich inseriere jetzt schon mal im Voraus, weiß aber noch nicht 100%ig, ob ich die Wohnung übernehmen kann.
