The room is furnished. We are looking for a friendly and clean person to live here. The house has two cats.
Internationals welcome 😊 English is the language we are speaking in the flat.
Most of the furniture will be a new. A bed 140x200 and a small desk be added to. A nightstand will be added too. Please don't look at the condition of the room, it will cleaned and freshly painted.

- und das alles in Stellingen-Langenfelde (Eimsbüttel), unweit der S-Bahn Langenfelde (10min zur Uni oder zum Hbf).
Wir suchen ein Mitbewohner mit den üblichen Vorzügen. Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte WG. Da wir (auf dem Balkon) rauchen, sind uns (draußen-) Raucher willkommen. Wir trinken gern mal zusammen einen Wein oder ein Bierchen, kochen öfter gemeinsam und haben eine große Spielesammlung :) Alles kann, nichts muß, wenn du allein sein willst, geht das natürlich auch.

Keine Zwischenmiete, keine Hunde. Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, zwei große Fenster, hell, weiße Wände. Wir haben zwei Kater, die Freigänger sind. Sie sind echte Menschenfreunde, liebe, schwarze Kater.
Am besten passt es, wenn Ihr einfach kurz Kontakt aufnehmt und dann seht Euch das Zimmer, die Wohnung und uns beide einfach an.
ENGLISH IS REQUIRED. NO SHORT TERM.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in Stellingen, genauer naje der S-Bahn Langenfelde im Bezirk Eimsbüttel.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochpaterre. Die Fester gehen zu einen grünen Innenhof raus, wodurch es recht ruhige Zimmer sind.
