Hallo, wir suchen einen nachmieter für das Zimmer, da Heiner uns zum 1.12 verlässt.
Das Zimmer ist groß genug für ein 1,4 oder 1,6 Bett und einen Schreibtisch und eine mini couch.
Die Gardinen bleiben drinnen.
In der Küche gibt es eine Spül - und Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer kostet aktuell 450€ warm und die Kaution beträgt 1500€.
Das zimmer hat eine große fenster front und es kommt so viel licht rein.
Die fenster sind gut isoliert und man hört den lärm von der Straße kaum.
Aldi und Lidl sind direkt vor der Tür. Zur U2 sind es nur 8 minuten zu Fuß. Die 181, die bis zum schlump fährt, fährt direkt vor der tür ab.
Wohnung frei ab dem 1.12!
Zimmer wird leer und ohne Möbel übergeben
