Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Es ist ca 19m2 groß und wird nur möbliert vermietet. Es sind alle Möbel vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat ebenfalls eine Terassentür, die nur durch das Zimmer betreten werden. Das Zimmer liegt zudem im EG.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr sehr zentral.
Fruchtallee/ Hamburg Haus --> Bus 20 +25 ca 2 Minuten
Emilienstraße --> U2 ca 7 Minuten
Osterstraße --> U2 ca 10 Minuten
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch diverse. In der näheren Umgebung ist ein Aldi, Edeka und ein Penny. Auch die Einkaufspassage der Osterstraße ist nicht sehr weit entfernt . Abfalls ist Alina nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ca 20 Minuten.
Im der Wohnung lebt noch ein Lehramt Student. Das Zusammenleben war immer sehr entspannend und gab nie Probleme. Allerdings ist der Mitbewohner auch nicht so zu oft zu Hause.
Falls Interesse besteht, bitte per Mail eine Anfrage senden. Die Wohnung wird nicht reserviert. Per Telefon geht es auch, allerdings kann ich hier nicht versprechen immer ran zu gehen
