ich suche für mein WG-Zimmer ein/e Untermieter/in. Mit in der WG wohnen Sarah(27 Jahre), Annalena (24 Jahre) und Jonas (22 Jahre)
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen wunderschönen kernsanierten Altbau in Eppendorf. Das Zimmer ist 17 Quadratmeter groß und geht zum Innenhof raus, sodass es angenehm ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung hat ein getrenntes Badezimmer (WC und Duschbad, siehe Bilder) und eine große Küche, die voll und ganz ausgestattet ist!
Die WG hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in Eppendorf. Die Alsterkanäle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und auch die Uni ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Zu Fuß kommt man direkt zu vielen verschiedenen Supermärkten.

Unser WG Leben zeichnet sich durch eine locker und total entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Wir verstehen uns alle super und unternehmen auch gerne mal Sachen zusammen oder sitzen einfach mit einer Kiezmische in der schönen großen Küche oder auf Annalenas Balkon zusammen. 🤠
