Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer für etwa einen Monat unter.
Es gibt dielenboden und einige Pflanzen, die sich ab und zu auch über ein Schlückchen Wasser freuen.
Du darfst super gerne alles an Handtüchern und Bettwäsche benutzen und platz für deine Sachen mache ich selbstverständlich auch.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, direkt am UKE, nicht weit vom Eppendorfer Park. Vor allem im Frühjahr wird es hier besonders schön und grün.
Man brauch 2-3 min zum Bus
Und dann 6 min mit dem Bus zur U-Bahn kellinghusenstraße. (U3, U1)
Edeka, Aldi, Kaufladen und penny sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen in 5 bis 10 min.
Wir Pflege ein herzliches Miteinander, bei dem man auf einander Rücksicht nimmt und sich auch ab undzu un der Küche auf ein Kaffee zusammen setzt. Alles kann nichts muss, ziemlich unkompliziert.
Bonus equipment: airfryer, Siebträgermaschine, wasch und spülmaschine, Dyson, küchenmaschine
