The room has an area of 10 m2 and is available from the 30th of April to the 12th of May.
It has a large window overlooking a small passageway to the inner garden. It is equipped with a mattress, a clothes rack, a small desk and a drawer.
It is located on the third floor of a larger residential complex, in a rather quiet and cosy area. The flat has a typical Hamburg bathroom (elongated and rather narrow, but you get used to it), as well as a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

We live in Eppendorf. It's a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood with small cafés, restaurants and the Hayns Park around the corner.
The main hospital UKE is about a 10-minute walk away. There are various supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Penny) and late-night shops nearby as well as a larger shopping area with many bars, restaurants, boutiques, gyms etc. within walking distance.
The nearest underground station is Kellinghusenstraße, which takes you to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes. It's always about a 10-minute walk. There are also various bus routes just in the main street that can connect you to any part of the city.

We are Nina,31, and Emanuela 31, both of us are working full time, but you will find us most likely in the evening enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine, chatting about our daily adventure/disadventures!
We are easy going and sociable, but we value also a respectful and clean environment in order for all of us to pleasently live together (even on short terms).
