Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm und es gibt ein paar Möbel, die drinnen bleiben können, wie bspw. 2-3 Lampen, Vorhänge, eine Kommode oder auch ein Spiegel. Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen und hat einen schönen Dielenfußboden.

Die Gegend ist super schön, ruhig und grün. Im Sommer kann man die Abende im nahe gelegenen Haynspark verbringen, direkt an der Alster. Die Kellinghusenstraße ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, es fährt aber auch ein Bus direkt dorthin - der Bus ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Edeka und Kaufland sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich arbeite weitestgehend von zuhause aus, mich stört es aber nicht, wenn trotzdem tagsüber mal gesaugt oder Musik gehört wird oder sich Freunde zu Besuch sind. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit, insbesondere in Küche und Bad. Es ist auch unter anderem in der Küche eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man sich so wünscht - inkl. Thermomix. Es müsste daher nicht noch groß was mit gebracht werden.
Ansonsten freue ich mich, wenn man mal zusammen was kocht, einen Vino oder Bier zusammen trinkt oder auch was zusammen unternimmt.

Ich habe gerne Freunde zu Besuch, bin viel und gerne draußen unterwegs, koche auch gerne mal abends und bin ein geselliger Mensch. Mir ist es wichtig, dass man keine Zwecks-WG hat, jeder aber auch seine Ruhe und Me-Time für sich nutzen kann.
