Es ist ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit Parkettboden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche, Bad und der Abstellraum können geteilt bzw. mitbenutzt werden. Internet ist auch vorhanden und inklusive. Ein abschließbarer Fahrrad"schuppen" steht auch zur Verfügung und ein angemieteter Parkplatz könnte bei Bedarf zusätzlich mitbenutzt werden. Das Haus ist gut in Schuss, nicht hellhörig und hat einen Fahrstuhl. Die Hausbewohner sind sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar: Bus, U-Bahn Kellinghusenstr., Markt, Bioladen, Supermarkt, Fitnesscenter, Sauna und viele kleine Läden, der Park am UKE und die Alster.
Ich wohne super gerne mit anderen zusammen und genieße gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und Kűchengeplauder. Ich bin berufstätig und am Wochenende im Sommer oft unterwegs. Ich koche gerne, liebe Blumen und Gärtnern, Meditation und Körperarbeit und male gerne.
