Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer vom 07.08.2020-27.09.2020 unter. Die Daten sind jedoch variabel, also wenn du ein bisschen früher oder später rein willst, geht das auch:)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und Bad. Vermietet werden mein Schlafzimmer (15qm) und mein Arbeitszimmer (10qm), die Wohnung ist möbliert und bis auf das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin steht alles für dich zu Verfügung:)
Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Ofen, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Erdgeschoss und es gibt sowohl einen kleinen Vorgarten, der nur uns gehört, als auch eine gemeinsame Nutzung des Hintergartens.
Penny ist zu Fuß keine 5min entfernt, und in 7min ist man auch schon am Eppendorfer Marktplatz, wo es Edeka, DM, Bäcker, Bushaltestelle und vieles mehr gibt.
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Lattenkamp (U1) ist ca. 7-10 min entfernt und Kellinghusenstraße (U3) etwa 15min zu Fuß.
Auch das UKE ist nur 10 Laufminuten entfernt.
Eigentlich hättest du noch eine liebe Mitbewohnerin, aber da sie durch Corona quasi bei ihrem Freund wohnt, hättest du die Wohnung komplett für dich alleine:)
Die Miete beträgt 125€ pro Woche, also 500€ im Monat. Es kommen keine weiteren kosten hinzu, Internet etc. ist alles dabei
