Das Zimmer wird NICHT mit den Möbeln auf dem Bild vermietet. Da ich umziehe und alles mitnehme.
Ein Bett (1m) und kleiner Schrank steht bei Bedarf zu Verfügung. Zimmer kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden. Gekündigt ist die Wohnung zum 31. Oktober 22.
Am späten Nachmittag scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer und es ist sehr hell.
Ein weiteres kleines Zimmer ist auch frei (aus dem das Bett rübergestellt werden könnte), das nutzen wir grad nur Wäsche.
Mega geile Lage , voll nah an der UBahn Station Kellinghusenstraße und somit top Anbindung, man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, Kiez oder auch Uni.
Ruhige Straße, aber um die Ecke viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und süße Cafés.
Du würdest mit Lukas zusammen wohnen.
Er ist Medizin-Student, sehr nett und wenn er mal Zeit hat kann man mit ihm auch gut chillen und quatschen :) Durch Uni und so ist er viel unterwegs, so dass du auch oft Sturmfrei hast.
