Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Fenster.
Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und alles was ne Küche so braucht...
In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte (Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen, Apotheke, Sparkasse...)
In unter einer Minute erreichbar befindet sich die Bushaltestelle direkt in die Stadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 5 min ins Zentrum.
Die A73 u B4 sind angenehm erreichbar.
Sind beides Kumpels und wohnen seit ca 2,5 Jahren hier.
Das Wohnzimmer (20qm)
wird als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt.
Wegen eines halbjährigen Auslandsaufenthalt würde ich mein Zimmer vermieten.
Danach besteht auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit aus der Wohnung ne 3er-WG zu machen.
Hab trotzdem mal "Zwischenmiete" ausgewählt...
