Das Zimmer wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, das täuscht jedoch. Es hat wie alle Räume eine eingebaute Lüftung, die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster Frischluft ermöglicht, Fussbodenheizung und bodenlange Fenster. Die Lage ist gen Osten und dank der guten Isolierung sehr ruhig. Von der nahen Strasse oder den Nachbarn ist selten was zu hören. Schrank, Matratze und ggf. Kommode sind vorhanden. Ich kann leider derzeit keine Fotos von der Wohnung hochladen, gerne auf Anfrage!!!

The room looks a bit small at first glance, but that is deceptive. Like all rooms, it has built-in ventilation that allows fresh air even when the window is closed, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. The location faces east and is very quiet thanks to the good insulation. You rarely hear anything from the nearby street or the neighbors. Wardrobe, mattress and, if necessary, chest of drawers are available. Unfortunately I can't upload any photos of the apartment at the moment, gladly on request!!!
Das Katharinenquartier liegt zwischen der Hamburger Innenstadt mit ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants und der Hafencity und Speicherstadt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind viele Ziele wie der Hafen und die Landungsbrücken, die Elbphilharmonie oder auch der Hauptbahnhof zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Die nächste U- ode S-Bahn ist etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht die S-Bahn 30 min.
The Katharinenquartier is located between downtown Hamburg with its shops, cafés and restaurants and Hafencity and Speicherstadt. Due to the central location, many destinations such as the port and the Landungsbrücken, the Elbphilharmonie or the main train station can be reached quickly on foot. The nearest U or S-Bahn is about five minutes away. The S-Bahn takes 30 minutes to get to the airport.
Meine geliebte Mitbewohnerin verlässt für mindestens 6 Monate unsere schöne Hansestadt, um auf Reisen zu gehen. Ich bin Intensivkrankenschwester und studiere nebenher in Vollzeit Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und bin durch den Schichtdienst und die anstehenden Prüfungen entsprechend eingebunden. Daher bin ich daem 1x1 der Rücksichtnahme für gemeinsam bewohnte Räumlichkeiten gewahr und sehr sehr dankbar. Ansonsten stehen bei uns die typischen WG Aktivitäten an der Tagesordnung: kochen, abends mal auf ein Bierchen, Netflix, Kino oder Konzerte etc.
My beloved roommate is leaving our beautiful Hanseatic city for at least 6 months to travel. I am an intensive care nurse and am also studying sustainability management full-time and am involved through the shift work and the upcoming exams. Therefore I am 1x1 aware of the consideration for jointly inhabited premises and also very grateful if practised. Otherwise, the typical flat share activities are on the agenda: cooking, having a beer in the evening, Netflix, cinema or concerts, etc.
