dear all,
i am renting my room from the 19th of july till the 1st of october (some date flexibility is possible). the room and the wg are extremely spacious, the location is perfect (right next to the mundsburger kanal, a short walk to the alster and to the city center, as well as to many supermarkets – and the shopping mall – or to HFBK, HAW and HMS, plus we have cute cafes around and so on). im a student at HFBK and so is half of the wg-constelation, which is formed by the sweetest people that are usually down for a great talk and a shared meal but that are also often not home – so there’s a lot of space for privacy and quietness. we are four in total and also have a guest room where friends sleep in ocasionally. the wg is well equiped with all you need, washing machine, a balkony in the kitchen and a bath tub.
rent is 600€ and the deposit is 1000€.

ich vermiete mein zimmer vom 19. juli bis zum 1. oktober (etwas datumsflexibilität ist möglich). das zimmer und die wg sind extrem geräumig, die lage ist perfekt (direkt am mundsburger kanal, ein kurzer fußweg zur alster und zur innenstadt, sowie zu vielen supermärkten - und dem einkaufszentrum - oder zur HFBK, HAW und HMS, außerdem haben wir nette cafés in der nähe und so weiter). Ich studiere an der HFBK und die Hälfte der WG-Gruppe auch, die aus den nettesten leuten besteht, die immer Lust auf ein gutes Gespräch und ein gemeinsames essen haben, aber auch oft nicht zu hause sind - es gibt also viel Platz für Privatsphäre und ruhe. wir sind insgesamt vier und haben auch ein Gästezimmer, in dem gelegentlich freunde schlafen. die wg ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, waschmaschine, einem balkon in der küche und einer badewanne.
die miete beträgt 600€ und die kaution beträgt 1000€.
