15 square meter room for students available since August 1st. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, single bed, shelf, desk, and sink inside the room. It is on the first floor. The room is part of a Studentenwohnheim, so you’d be sharing the kitchen with more people, as well as the bathrooms and shower. It is a private Wohnheim, therefore it is in very good condition.
The Wohnheim is located in a very nice, quiet area between Othmarschen and Ottensen. Bus lines 1, 150, 250 are ten minutes away by foot and bus line 15 is five minutes away. A shopping center with Lidl, Rewe, Budni, post office and pharmacy is 15 minutes away by foot. Right next to it is the UCI cinema and McFit.
There is a daily cleaning service for the common areas and the people here are all students from all around the world. They’re all very friendly and welcoming. At the moment there are 5 people (besides me) sharing the floor: three girls from Germany, one girl Yemen and one guy from Brazil. The Wohnheim has several common areas: two large living rooms with projectors and board games, a gym, and a large backyard with a grill.
