Hi there :)
My name is Margherita and I am renting out my beloved room for the month of January (start/end date are flexible).
The room (approx. 22mq) is fully furnished and has its charm thanks to beautiful high ceilings and a cozy wooden floor. Also, the room includes a little balcony with a super nice view, thanks to the 4th floor location.
In the room you will find everything you need: double-bed, desk, dresser, closet, coat hanger and a vintage armchair.
Also, all expenses are included (WiFi, cleaning, heat, energy,..).
The flat, recently renovated and located in an elegant old building, is composed by 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy, bright kitchen. Both washing machine and dishwasher are available in the flat.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Hoheluft-West neighborhood (Eimsbüttel).
This area is absolutely one of the most lovely in Hamburg: you can grab a bite/drink in one of the many bistrot, cafes and bars around the neighborhood, or go for a walk to the very near canal. Fitness studios, supermarkets and anyother service you may need are around the corner.
Also, the area is very well connected to all Hamburg go-to places: the closest bus stop is literally in front of the building door, while the U-bahn is at about 10 mins walking.
What can I say? This WG is a dream team!
The person renting the room will share the flat with 3 amazing people (1 girl, 2 guys): fun, respectful, kind, clean and quiet. Overall, we keep a very good balance between having our own privacy and sharing nice moments together.
We would love to find the same qualities and mindset in the person who will rent my room out :)
Also, the WG is absolutely internationals-friendly (as you can see, I don't speak German yet myself!).
