The room is approximately 14 m2 and faces the very quiet street. The room has a closet, bed, table, chair, shelf. Before I leave the room, I will be taking all my stuff, so the closet and shelf will be empty so you can use it. I can also provide bed linen and towels. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. There is also a washing machine. We also have a sweet balcony overlooking the back garden, which you can use if you smoke. Unfortunately, you can not smoke in the room. (danke <3 )
The room has a perfect location! You can walk to the S-bahn Königstrasse station in 5 minutes and the Fischmarkt bus station in 3 minutes. On the other hand, you can be reached to St. Pauli by foot in 15-20 minutes. (my favorite road :) ) you can also reach places like Aldi, Edeka, Dm, Ikea in 10 minutes by foot.
I (Ayse) and Jasmin live together in the flat. We are both graduate students at HfbK Hamburg. We don't have cleaning plans or shopping lists. Everyone is aware of their own responsibility, which allows us to live together in great harmony.
We clean the flat weekly. (once you once Jasmin)
Since I will not be here on the dates I specified, I am renting my room temporarily. So you will be sharing the room with Jasmin. She is really smiling, kind and friendly person.
We expect a potential roommate to be polite and friendly as well. That's all!
