Hi everyone,
Before I describe the room: this is a temporary offer but I am quite flexible with the dates, whether this is 1 or several months it is not crucial.
I am subletting a room in my lovely apartment in Winterhude. It is directly next to Kampnagel if you wanna look it up in a part of a street where no cars can drive, hence it is pretty quite. Your room has 18sqm and comes pretty much fully furnited (140cm bed, table, closet etc.), let me know if you need anything else, then I can organize it :)
Despite a small bathroom and a kitchen we also share a living room with couch, eating area and piano if you wanna play (I dont use it much). The kitchen pretty well equipped I´d say with my two most helpful flatmates: the washing mashine and dishwasher!!
The flat has high ceiling and wooden floor in case you care... I did haha
The flat is in the lovely neighborhood of Winterhude very close to the lake and social areas. I really love living here! As said before it is quite small street without cars but still you have most thing needed for daily life:
- Grocery: Aldi Market 50m others also close
- Bars restaurant: several after walking 100m you are at Mühlenkamp
- Alster and Stadtpark are both pretty close
- Public Transport: several bus stations nearby, closest UBahn is Borgweg with U3.
Right just moved in the flat, that´s why it still looks a bit empty on some picture, I hope this is going to change soon :) I just finished my masters in UK last year, that´s why I also know it can be a hustle finding flats abroad. I am very open for internationals and digital tour and flexible timings.
I now work as a strategy consultant. Therefore, I am on business trips frequently from Monday to Thursday, depending on projects. But when I am there I am social person, enjoy chatting in the kitchen or living room, going out together but nothing is a must. I am pretty active in my free time, going to classical concerts (if you wanna have a secret tip) and going on the nature, and sailing on weekends. That´s why the piano is mostly untouched :D
I like when things are not too complicated, i don´t think we need many rules if we´re both considerate persons.
As my bedroom is rather small I sometimes work in the living in the morning if I am too lazy to go straight to the office. But mostly I work in other cities or go to the offices as there is free food :D
