2 room flat, good fit for a WG. Build around 1952 or so... about 20 m².
one minute to hit the subway (U2+U4) or the bus (night and regular). 7 minutes way to the central station by subway or 15 by foot to S Bahn Hasselbrock for example. City bikes are also available right here.
Subway, Bus, Budni, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Schweinske, 24h gas station, best pizza&burger shop in town, some cafés... Hammer Park and two other Parks are also near by.
Searching for some relaxed guy basically. If we both want to, we sure can have a tea, some beer or nice red wine together every now and then...but we dont´have to. And sure i could answer you some questions you might have about Hamburg or my area in particular. I work in IT, so my place is stuffed with smart home devices ;-) ... for light, music, heating and Dog Cams. Sometimes there is a little Boston Terrier arround, i´m taking care of him together with my boyfriend. He won´t bite - but may cuddle you to death. The dog does not loose hair that much or at all, easy to manage and not too bad even if you are allergic.

There is a little green grass/garden shared with the other people here. Room for a bike (basement).
Got one room, all what is needed is there so far, full eq. kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine and so on..
I had several flat mates over the years and now it´s time for the next, the other one is leaving (finished school :-).
I am a smoker, gay, not a vegan or vegetarian, like my food fresh from the market, and not searching for family, sex or anything else misplaced. We should get along, respect the other and if we both like to we sure can have a couple of beer or some wine, even cook together or going out or whatever..I have a full job and sometimes traveling around because of it and a boyfriend.. so not that much time usually.
I like it to be kind of clean, but i am not a Nazi with it. You should know how to clean a toilet, windows, floors etc... without destroying it , from time to time. Else i could show you for sure. And given up on discussing on this matter, so if I need to remind you of cleaning up again and again... I´ll do it just once. Else, there is internet of course and some furnitures but not a real bed for now. I would have a air bed which is quite ok. Else just a table for dinner, one small leather sofa with a low table and a 55 UHD TV at the wall. WLAN and Lan available.
The rental time is more or less negotiable within a certain range.
