Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Sofa, einem Schreibtisch sowie Einbauschränken ausgestattet, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Dusche (mit Badewanne) teilen wir uns. Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin über 35, wenn es passt, ist jünger natürlich auch möglich.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf einen wunderschönen Garten, lädt speziell im Sommer zum Draußensitzen ein.
Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler sowie allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.
Waschmaschine ist selbstverständlich ebenso vorhanden!
Internet, Wasser und Strom sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten. GEZ (wird geteilt) kommt noch extra dazu. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
In der Garage kann man sein Fahrrad gerne abstellen.
Ich bin ein Musiker und Lehrer aus Irland, kommunikativ, kunstinteressiert.
Ich bin entspannt und relaxt, lege jedoch Wert auf Sauberkeit.

I have been successfully renting here since 2013 with WG Gesucht. This will be your home, not just a room. As I am Irish, I offer a special welcome and professional standard. I usually try 6 month probe, but you may stay longer of course. Strictly No Smoking, not even on the Balcony. Live Music Gerne!! We call it HOTEL MARTINO :)
U-Bahn und Bus Hammer Kirche und Stadtrad sind 5 min zu Fuss entfernt; Hauptbahnhof oder Wandsbek Markt mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 min.
Die Parkmoeglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind gut.
Supermarkt, Baecker, Budni usw. sind auch in der Umgebung.
Ich bin aus Irland, arbeite als Musiker und Lehrer und mache in meiner Freizeit gern Yoga. Ich spreche Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch und suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die Nichtraucherin ist und gern die Gemeinschaft in der Wohnung mag.
