Hallo,
da ich leider ausziehen muss, wir mein Zimmer ab sofort frei. Es befindet sich in der Wendenstraße in Hammerbrook. Das Zimmer ist circa 22qm groß und ist mit einen Balkon und einen eingebauten Bett ausgestattet. Dazu gibt es noch einen richtig großen Wohn- und Essbereich. in einen Künstler*innenhaus. Demnach wohnen und arbeiten in diesen Haus sehr viele Kunstschaffende. Du selbst musst nicht selbst auch auch Kunst machen, aber du solltest bereit sein dich auf auf so einen Umfeld einzulassen. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, aber man kennt ihr an, dass sie lange nicht saniert wurde.
Es ist eine Dreierwg und mit dir würde Giada und Kristina leben. Zwei super angenehme Frauen mitte bzw ende dreißig und ein Kater namens A-li wohnt auch noch da. Alll inkl. kostet das Zimmer 566€. Das einzig negative ist, dass man sich leider nicht offiziell anmelden kann. Viele liebe Grüße

as I unfortunately have to move out, my room will be available from now. It is located in the Wendenstraße in Hammerbrook. The room is about 22 square meters and is equipped with a balcony and a built-in bed. There is also a really large living and dining area in an artist house. Many artists live and work in this house. You don't have to make art yourself, but you should be prepared to get involved in such an environment. The apartment is large and bright, but you can tell that it hasn't been renovated for a long time.
It's a three-person flat and Giada and Kristina would live with you. Two super pleasant women in their mid to late thirties and a cat called A-li also lives there. All inclusive, the room costs 566€. The only negative thing is that you can't register officially. Best regards
