Die Wohnung liegt im Studentenwohnheim Hammerbrook, einem der modernsten in Hamburg. Es ist eine 2er WG und jedes Zimmer an sich ist 17qm groß und hat genug Stauraum um alles nötige unterzubekommen. An das Zimmer schließt der kleine Flur an, der gleichzeitig die kleine aber trotzdem genug Platz bietende Küche darstellt. Das Bad ist ebenfalls klein aber ist trotzdem gerade für Hamburger Verhältnisse modern.
It is a comfy, furnished room. You would need nothing except for bed and kitchen stuff. If needed I can leave you some here for one month.
Die Lage ist optimal, zur S-Bahn Hammerbrook, die nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, braucht man gerade einmal 3 Minuten. Es kann deshalb laut werden, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft, da die S Bahn direkt vor der Tür fährt, bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man dafür jedoch wieder gar nichts. Mit der S-Bahn ist man an der Uni, am Jungernfstieg oder auch am Kiez beispielsweise in unter 15 Minuten. Zum Berliner Tor läuft man ebenfalls gerade mal 10 Minuten, sollte man also lieber die U-Bahn nehmen (U2 und U3) ist das ebenfalls kein Problem. Ein Edeka und ein großes Real sind ebenfalls in rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The room is really central, the S-Bahn Hammerbrook, Berliner Tor and the Hauptbahnhof are within walking distance. There are numerous grocery stores close by.
Es würde sich um eine Zweier-WG handeln. Da wir beide ausziehen würde sich für die ein Monat eine komplett neue WG bilden, weshalb zum WG-Leben nicht wirklich viel gesagt werden kann. Aber da das ein Studentenwohnheim ist wird sich schon etwas ergeben. Falls ihr zufällig zwei Freunde seid die gemeinsam einziehen wollen wäre das natürlich optimal.
You would live together with one more student and share one kitchen and bath. The person isnt decided yet, so if you need two rooms then that would be perfect.
The room is only free for one month, I hope to find someone who will take good care.
