Hey ihr Lieben, ich ziehe in die Spaldingstraße 41 im Münzviertel und suche eine/n weitere/n Mitbewohner/in.
Zur Wohnung:
Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als 15m². Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof, es ist also leise zum Schlafen.
Die Miete wäre ~400€, wobei ich mich noch nicht ums Internet gekümmert habe, also vielleicht ein bisschen mehr.
Es ist eine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit 60m² plus Veranda.
(Hier sind Hochbeete und wir können was zusammen aufziehen, dafür hätte ich gerne 50 Euro, weil die 100 gekostet haben)
Ich ziehe auch neu ein, also wäre die Wohnung bis auf die Küche unmöbiliert.
Einzug ab dem 15.11.21.
Bei dem halben Zimmer können wir uns ja darauf einigen, was da rein soll. Ich hätte die Idee ein kleines Atelier, Meditations- oder Musikzimmer daraus machen? Oder etwas ganz anderes? I'm open for Ideas 😁
Hey peeps, i am moving to the Spalding street 41 in the Münzviertel and I am searching for a new flatmate.
About the flat:
The room is a bit bigger than 15m². The window is going to the inner courtyard, so it's quiet to sleep.
The rent would around 400€, although I didn't take care of the internet yet, so it'll be a bit more. It's a 2,5 rooms flat with 60m² plus a veranda. (There's raised beds, so we can plant some plants in there. Id like to have 50 for these, cause i paid 100).
I'm also moving new in there, so it will be unfurnished. Kitchen is there.
The moving in date is the 15.11.21.
We can think about the half room, what we want to put in there. Maybe a small atelier, a meditation room or a music room? Or something completely else? I'm open for ideas 😁
Zur Lage und Nachbarschaft:
Da ich auch neu einziehe, kann ich da noch nicht so viel zu sagen. Die Alster ist ~15 min Fußweg entfernt und Szeneviertel wie die Schanze ~15 min Fahrradweg. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr zentral, in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt auch eine lokale Telegramgruppe, in der sich gegenseitig viel geholfen wird. Supermärkte sind einen kleinen Spaziergang weit entfernt (~10min). Eine Pizzeria, ein afrikanisches Bistro und Kebab sind nebenan. Kunst Gallerien und die Zentral Bib auch. Du siehst, es gibt drum herum sehr viel. Auch einen Asia Laden, da freu ich mich sehr drauf. Und Kanäle. :)
About location and neighborhood:
Since I am also moving in newly, I cannot say a lot yet. The Alster is around 15 min away by foot. And trendy neighborhoods like the Schanze around 15 min by bike.
It's also very central, close to the central station. There's also a local telegram group, in which people help each other. Super markets are close. A little walk about 10 min. A pizzeria, an African bistro and kebab are very close by. Art galleries and the central library as well. You see, there's a lot around. Also an Asian supermarket, I'm looking forward to that a lot. And canals. :)
Zu mir:
Ich heiße Anna, arbeite im sozialen Bereich und werde demnächst ein Studium zur Tanztherapeutin beginnen. Ich war davor 5 Jahre reisen und bin jetzt seit einem Jahr in Hamburg. Ich male, tanze (ecstatic dance!!), bin gerne draußen, fahre viel Fahrrad, lese, schreibe, meditiere, beschäftige mich gerne mit Psychologie, Philosophie und ein bisschen Spiritualität. Ich ernähre mich vegan und es wäre wichtig für mich, dass die Person, mit der ich zusammen wohnen würde, sich auch vegan/ vegetarisch ernährt. Ich bin sehr offen, umarme gerne, ich lege viel Wert auf direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation, unternehme viel mit FreundInnen und nehme dich gerne dorthin mit:)
Mir ist wichtig, dass es einigermaßen sauber und gemütlich zu Hause ist. Ich wünsche mir, wenn überhaupt, einen bewussten und minimalen Umgang mit Drogen und Alkohol.
Und ich würde es mögen, wenn Lebensmittel geteilt werden, ist aber kein Zwang.

My name's Anna, i work in social works and I plan to start a dance therapy study. I was traveling 5 years and now I've arrived in Hamburg. I draw, dance, like to be outside, ride my bike, read, write, meditate, am interested in psychology, philosophy and a bit spirituality. I am eating vegan, so it would be important for me, that the person that'll live with me is also vegan or vegetarian. I am very open, i like to hug, i really care about direct and open communication, I spend a lot of time with my friends and I like to take you with me, if you want. :)
It's important to me, that it's clean and cozy at home.
I wish that there's a very conscious way and minimal way with drugs.
